With over 15 years of experience in government relations and corporate services in the UAE, Mohannad specializes in company formation, immigration procedures, residency visas, and regulatory compliance. Having previously served as Public Relations Manager at the Private Office of H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, he brings extensive experience working with government authorities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates. At OCTAGON, he supports clients with business licensing, Golden Visa applications, document legalization, and government approvals, ensuring efficient administrative processes and smooth interactions with UAE authorities.

With over 18 years of experience in private banking, alternative investments, and financial services, Stas specializes in business development, strategic partnerships, and cross-border financial solutions for UHNW clients and family offices. He has successfully established private banking divisions at three banks, attracting billions of rubles in new assets and developing investment products. His expertise spans capital raising, private equity, private credit, and international wealth structuring, with a strong focus on building banking relationships and investment partnerships across the UAE, Switzerland, the UK, and other markets.
